Mango and Chamoy (Salty & Spicy Apricot Sauce)

Gelatina de Mango y Chamoy

Ingredients

3 cups mango nectar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup LALA® natural yogurt
2 packages unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 mango cut into small cubes
1/2 cup liquid chamoy
1 cup watermelon, chopped
Piquin hot pepper to taste

Procedure

Heat the nectar and sugar together, remove from heat and add the LALA® yogurt.
Rehydrate the gelatin with the water, melt it in your microwave and add the mango mixture. Mix well. Place a few mango cubes at the bottom of the individual gelatin molds and fill with gelatin. Place in the refrigerator and let it set.
Remove from the refrigerator. Serve with watermelon and sprinkle with piquin hot pepper.
