Cold Pasta with Ham and Cheese

Pasta Fría con Jamón y Queso

Ingredients

2 tablespoons LALA® butter
2 cups elbow pasta, boiled in water with salt and aromatic herbs
2 thick slices of turkey breast, chopped in small cubes
1 red pepper in Julienne strips
1 green pepper in Julienne strips
1 yellow pepper in Julienne strips
1 cup LALA® cream
1/2 cup LALA® cream cheese
A pinch of salt and pepper
4 tablespoons basil, chopped, washed and disinfected

Procedure

Heat the LALA® butter in a pan; fry the pasta slightly with the ham and peppers. Cook until ham and veggies are slightly brown. Add LALA® cream and cream cheese and mix well with the pasta. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
Add a little bit of basil right before serving to intensify the flavor and to garnish.
